True to OTR’s history of innovation, we have developed a Telehandler Exchange Program for companies with large fleets of telehandlers.

How this program works:

OTR Wheel Engineering’s Telehandler Exchange Program is a very simple and cost-effective solution for maximizing our machine up time and for saving you money on your new tire needs.

The program minimized wheel repair downtime, so you can keep your valuable equipment up and operating. 

Here's how it works:

1. Order a complete set of four exchange wheel/tire assemblies.
2. OTR will ship these new wheel/tire assemblies to you within 48 hours.
3. Once you receive them and get the assemblies mounted to your machine, you'll ship your old wheel/tire assemblies back to OTR.
4. OTR will take remove the tire and foam fill from your old wheel assemblies, and the wheel with be inspected and used in a future exchange.
5. OTR recycles both the tire and the foam fill.

OTR’s new generation of Telehandler tires are designed to give a superior footprint and a stable ride.

Our 12-ply tires offer a more durable side wall and are less susceptible to damage from rough terrain.

Tire Sizes available range from 13.00-24, 14.00-24, 17.5-25 and 15.5-25.
